I always wondered how some girls just seem to have the most perfect eyebrows, and no matter what I do...I can never achieve that polished eyebrow look!

Pinterest has been the answer to this girl's prayers!  There are so many tutorials on how to tame your bushy brows or add volume to ones that are lacking a certain "oomph"

Natural Hair is EVERYWHERE!!!

I have been going natural for about 2.5 years now...I'm about 98% through my transition.  But since I made the choice to go au natural, I have seen more and more kinky curly hair in the main stream media.  From movies to commercials to magazines...gone are the days of racially ambiguous girls and here come the soul sistas rocking their own hair in its natural state.

After years of following one of my favorite bloggers, Curly Nikki (be sure to grab her book, Better than Good Hair), for hair wisdom, something amazing happened. 

A couple of weeks ago, I received my latest issue of InStyle Hair issue.  To my astonishment, there was a ENTIRE spread, not just a blurb or a mention...on real kinky curly hair...my hair!  Finally!!!

Honey Bey...

As much as people love to hate her...I LOVE TO LOVE her!

Who is she...she is BEY!

Like many of you who tuned into HBO's special, watched her on Oprah and her Super Bowl performance...I was in awe.  She is not only a beast but she is The Beast!

Although I admire her as a signer...this weekend, I feel like I truly began to admire her as an artist.  We may not understand her vision at times but she definitely has one.  She also puts the work in behind her vision...which is more than what most can say.  

So whenever you feel defeated and feel like giving up...throw on "4" and you will be able to do anything!
